These booking terms apply to any discovery call made through our Microsoft Bookings page.
Purpose of the call A discovery call is a short conversation to understand your situation, answer initial questions and help you decide the best next step. It is not a formal advice session, and we do not complete tax calculations, submissions or detailed reviews during the call.
Next steps after the call If you choose to work with LattaCook, we’ll agree the scope of work, fees and timelines separately. Nothing is confirmed until we both agree in writing.
Cancellations and rescheduling If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please do so as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling a discovery call.
Confidentiality Anything you share with us during the call is treated confidentially and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
